Community Manager- Internship
Blockchain is the buzz word of 2018, if you are looking to gain experience in a rapidly growing tech industry with outreach and global scope, in the startup world, than you have come to the right place.
We are looking for an intern to help manage and grow our social media, website and content pages. Fluent written English is a must as we are a global.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and help manage all community communications, content creation, design and publications of events. Prior internship experience in community management, content creation or social media preferred.
Physical location is in Paris, France.
Responsibilities
Set and implement social media strategy on Facebook, Telegram, Twitter..etc.
Provide daily content for all social media accounts
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
Crafting the design of social media pages, flyer for events, interviews..etc.
Manage our site: updating mentors with bios, events, videos, links..
Manage Eventbrite & Meetup pages and create the design for new event posts
*Stay up-to-date with Blockchain technology & Crypto news
Requirements
Proven prior work experience as a community manager
Experience launching community initiatives (newsletters, community groups)
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
Ideally experience with design programs such as Photoshop, Indesign as well as WordPress
Excellent writing skills in English
Hands on experience with social media management
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Knowledgeable enough in the Crypto space to create quality and engaging content
